Tile roofs once soft washed beforehand can be high-pressure washed, ridge lines need to be fan washed to reduce any risk of damage to old and brittle ridge capping. As for tin or Colorbond roofs we refrain for using high pressure and follow Blue Scope and supplier’s recommendations to soft wash. the soft wash process removes all growth without using high pressure, which minimises any potential damage, especially if your roof is older than 12 years old and shows signs of paint failing or oxidising. Our tried and tested pressure cleaning and soft washing process gets the job done the right way the first time.
